摘要
控制图的主要任务就是控制系统性差异造成的质量波动。提出了基于 Intranet的控制图系统设计方案 ,并讨论系统的组成、功能结构及具体的实现方法。现场的数据经控制图系统的统计运算 ,确定样本观测值的均值或加权均值、控制图中心线、控制图上下控制界限等统计量 。
The main task of control chart is to control quality fluctuation caused by system performance difference.Control chart system design scheme based on Intranet is put forward,and system composition,function structure and the detailed implement methods are discussed.Control chart system performs statistic calculation to the data in present spot,and determines statistic value such as mean value of sample observation value or weighted mean value,control chart central line,upper or lower control limit of control chart,also draws the correspondent control chart.
