摘要
提出一种新型的定子主动箝位方式压电精密直线步进电机,解决了压电驱动电机箝位不牢固、步进频率较低、行程小、速度低等问题。研制的精密电机能够实现高频率(100Hz),高速度(30mm/min),大行程(>20mm),高精度,大驱动力(100N)等特点,大幅度提高了压电型步进电机的驱动性能。研制的该步进电机在精密运动、微操作、光学工程、精密定位等精密工程中具有一定的应用价值。
Describes a precision line motor, the motor is based on the piezoelectric (PZT) technology. It works with a new kind of anchoring method. From this anchoring method the motor works well, it worked out the problem of anchoring loosing and frequency. Experiments show that The motor which developed in this paper can work in high frequency (100Hz); high speed (30mm/min); large travel (>20mm); high resolution and high load. This kind of actuator will be applied for large travel and high resolution driving, optics engineering, precision positioning and some micro-manipulation field.
