消渴发病机理与血清IL-6、TNF-α的关系 被引量：1

摘要 目的通过测定白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)以研究消渴的发病机理。方法分设消渴组(消渴患者)与对照组(健康人),测定并比较两组血清IL-6、TNF-α。结果不同空腹血糖水平的消渴患者血清IL-6、TNF-α均高于对照组。结论IL-6、TNF-α水平与消渴的发病密切相关。
