摘要
施工企业项目经理的聘用和考核属多目标、多准则决策问题,需要用系统的观点来对待。本文在大量调查研究的基础上,首先构建了施工企业项目经理聘用及考核评价指标体系,并用层次分析法(AHP)确定出各指标的权重,再按照模糊综合评判的方法进行评判。
Employing and assessing of construction enterprise project manager belongs to multi-objective and multi-criterion decision-making problem which shall be analyzed with systematic method. Based on extensive investigation and study, hierarchical structure of construction enterprise project managers' employing and assessing criteria has been established, and AHP method was used to calculate scaling factors of each criteria, at last, conclusion has been drawn with fuzzy comprehensive judgment method.
