从管理学角度对施工企业项目经理的责、权、利、效四个方面进行了系统的阐述,旨在进一步明确项目经理在项目运行过程中的权责,提高项目经理在项目运行中的积极性和能动性,促进企业高效、准时、低耗地为业主提供产品和服务,取得好的经济效益和社会效益,推进企业持续发展。
From the aspect of management,the paper illustrates the four aspects in the program managers of the constructing enterprises,that is the responsibility,the rights,the benefits and the efficiency to identify the responsibility and rights of the program managers in the program operation process,to enhance the program managers' activeness and activity in the program operation,to enhance the enterprises to provide the products and services in an efficient,punctual and the low consumption,to achieve better economic and social benefits and to improve the sustainable development of enterprises.
