摘要 ①目的 探讨乳癌组织中微血管密度 (IMD)与乳癌临床病理特征之间的关系。②方法 应用CD1 0 5MabE9检测乳癌组织的IMD。③结果 不同大小肿瘤组间IMD比较无明显差异 (F =1 .2 6 ,P >0 .0 5 ) ;不同分化程度乳癌IMD比较有显著差异 (F =1 2 .1 5 ,P <0 .0 5 ) ;有淋巴结转移组IMD与无淋巴结转移组比较有显著差异 (t =1 0 .2 5 ,P <0 .0 5 )。④结论 分化低及有淋巴结转移的乳癌IMD增高。 Objective To study the relationship between intratumoral microvascular density(IMD) and clinicopathologic features in breast carcinoma. Methods IMD in breast carcinoma was detected by using CD105 Mab E9. Results No significant difference was noted in IMD among the size of the tumor (F=1.26, P>0.05); but,the difference was found in different differentiation (F=12.15, P<0.05); the difference between lymph node metastasis and without was significant as well (t=10.25, P<0.05). Conclusion IMD increased in breast cancer with low differentiation and lymph node metastasis.
