β-cat和c-myc在非霍奇金淋巴瘤组织中的表达及其相互关系 被引量:6

摘要 ①目的 探讨Wnt信号通路中 β 环连蛋白 (β cat)及原癌基因c myc在非霍奇金淋巴瘤 (NHL)发生、发展过程中可能发挥的作用。②方法 选取未经放疗及化疗且资料完整的NHL石蜡包埋组织标本 90例 ,采用免疫组化SP90 0 0法检测其c myc、β cat的表达 ,同时选择 1 2例反应性增生的淋巴结作为对照。 ③结果  90例NHL中c myc阳性表达 75例 (83.3% ) ,β cat阳性表达 9例 (1 0 .0 % ) ;1 2例反应性增生的淋巴结中c myc阳性表达 6例(5 0 .0 % ) ,未见 β cat的阳性表达。c myc和 β cat在NHL各组之间阳性表达差异无显著性 (P =0 .5 6 2、0 .6 2 7)。β cat的阳性表达对c myc蛋白的激活表达有显著性影响 (χ2 =6 2 .2 3,P <0 .0 0 1 )。④结论 c myc的激活可能与NHL的发病有关。c myc作为Wnt信号通路中的靶基因 ,可能与 β cat协同参与NHL的发生发展。 Objective To evaluate the mechanism of c-myc oncogene protein products and β-catenin in Wnt pathway in the genesis and development of non-Hodgkins lymphoma (NHL). Methods Ninety specimens of Paraffin-embedded tissues with complete data of NHL were selected, and the expressions of c-myc and β-cat were detected by immunohistochemical staining, and compared with that of 12 cases of lymphoproliferations. Results Seventy-five cases of NHL showed c-myc positive expression (83.3%), and nine cases were β-cat positive (10.0%). C-myc was expressed in six cases in the control group, but no β-cat was expressed. The positive expression of β-cat had obvious influence on that of c-myc protein (χ 2=62.23, P<0.001). Conclusion The activation of c-myc protein may be involved in the genesis of NHL. As the target gene of Wnt pathway, c-myc may cooperate with β-cat in the pathogenesis of NHL.
