摘要
非霍奇金淋巴瘤(NHL)是全球发病率最高的五大肿瘤之一,近年来发病率呈明显上升趋势。原癌基因C-myc在基因转录调控机制中发挥着重要作用,与NHL的发生、发展和演变转归有重要关系。将C-myc基因作为NHL的研究重点,能够使我们对NHL的发病机制有进一步的了解,为NHL分型、预后判断和制定治疗方案等提供可靠的理论依据。
Non-Hodgkin's lymphoma(NHL) is one of the five most common cancer in the world,in recent years,its incidence has clearly been an upward trend.Proto-oncogene C-myc plays an important role in gene regulation mechanism of transcription,closely related to NHL's occurrence,development and evolution.C-myc gene study of NHL can give us a better understanding of pathogenesis,and provide a reliable theoretical basis for the NHL's sub-type,prognosis and the development of treatment programs.
