摘要
"三教整改"是民族地区自主创新教育及"双语"、"三语"教育的两种客观需要和研究趋势有机结合的产物,是整体构建学生健全人格和全面素质,培养他们自主、创新、三语和实践能力的民族教育改革模式,是一项具有时代性、民族性、科学性、政策性和开放性相统一的综合研究课题。
Rectification and reform in trilingual education is a research topic of the fifteen- year plan of national education studies. It is a product of a combination of objective needs and trend of research in autonomous and creative education, bilingual education and trilingual education in ethnic regions. This ethnic educational reform model aims at cultivating students' sound personality and all-round quality and, at the same time, developing their autonomous, creative and trilingual competence in practice. So this is a comprehensive research topic with all the characters of being timely, ethnic, scientific, open and guided by policies.
