摘要
少数民族及其地区的人才匮乏,受英语制约是其中最主要的原因之一。要解决这个问题,要解决少数民族的语言环境问题,即要建立起三语环境,就要首先要有三语教学,当然就要有三语师资。师资获取的捷径就是从民族大学培养。当然必须得到政府的大力支持。
The talents of the minority are very deficient,as same as in its ethnic areas,one of the principal causes of whose is the English restriction.To solve this problem,firstly the ethnic Three Languages environment and atmosphere should be set up in its ethnic areas,which depends upon to have Three Languages teaching,of course,which also depends upon the Three Language teachers.Where should we get so many Three Languages Teachers The shortcut of acquiring them should be depending upon the ethnic universities and colleges,where minority talents can be trained and educated more successfully and quickly.Of course,this accomplishment of its mission has to be got the relevant and active aids and supports from the local governments.
