摘要
在我国"十五"计划中,文化产业第一次被正式纳入国家经济社会发展计划;党的"十六大"报告进一步强调:"发展文化产业是市场经济条件下繁荣社会主义文化,满足人民群众精神文化需求的重要途径。"种种迹象表明,文化产业已经成为当今世界十分引人注目的新兴产业。本文试图通过对国内外文化产业发展状况及其存在问题的分析,阐述在中国加入WTO的背景下,我国文化产业发展的巨大潜力。
In our national 15th plan,the cultural industry was first officially brought into line with state's social economic development program,It is an important way to bring about a prosperous social culture and to meet the needs of the people's spirictual culture under the market economy,which is further emphasized on the report of the 16th National people's representative conference.All kinds of signs are showing that cultural industry is becoming a new and developing industry which is conspicuous in the world.This article tries to state its large potential by analyzing the development and problems of our national cultural industry which is at home and abroad.
