摘要
本文报道华支睾吸虫成虫代谢抗原(MA)的化学、免疫化学及免疫学性质。MA 中含有蛋白质和糖类。SDS—PAGE 显示 MA 的分子量为22—128KD。MA 与成虫盐水浸液抗原(ASE)和全虫抗原有相同的抗原成分,MA 与全虫抗原的血清学敏感性有显著性差异,与 ASE 无显著性差异。用 MA 免疫家兔能诱导动物产生对攻击感染的抵抗力。
A metabolic antigen(MA)was prepared from adult worms of Clonorchis sinensis by simple keeping C.sinensis worms in storage medium—199 for a few days,and its chemical,immunochemical and immunologi-cal properties were studied.Results showed that MA contained proteins and carbohydrates and SDS—poly-acrylamide gel electrophoresis(SDS—PAGE)revealed that molecular weight of MA were 22—128 kD andMA has many common antigenic components with saline extract antigen(ASE)and intact adult worms anti-gen.In immuno—electrophoresis(IE)and double immunodiffusion(ID)test,it has been found that MA,ASEand intact adult worm antigens contained common components.In enzyme—linked immunosorbent assaywith hrp—spa(SPA—ELISA),three antigens reacted with rabbit anti—MA serum respectively,the resulttestified that the serological sensitivity of MA was significantly higher than that of intact adult worms anti-gens,but had no difference from that of ASE.The resistance to challenge infection was demonstrated in MA—immunized rabbit.
