在封闭稻池中投放不同密度的三带喙库蚊各龄幼虫和蛹,取样的平均密度和投虫数量呈明显线性相关,据此建立从相对取样密度估测各龄绝对数量的回归模型,并对该模型在幼期自然种群存活率估测中的应用进行讨论。
Dipper samples were collected in enclosed rice ponds into which known numbers of immature stages ofCx.tritaeniorhynchus were put.Regression models for absolute densities from mean dipper counts of larvaewere well constructed from which estimates would be made on absolute numbers of various larval stages fromdipper sample data in the larvae sampling procedures in rice fields.
