摘要
本文用乙脑病毒-蔗糖-人红细胞混合物摄食法感染雌性三带喙库蚊,共感染18组(1166只),其中13组感染成功,并从2组子代蚊检出乙脑病毒。传递到子代蚊的乙脑病毒仍保持毒力。
18 groups(1166 mosquitoes)female Culex Tritaeniorhynchus were studied with the method of absorbing a virus-sucrose-erythrocyte mixture. 13 groups were infected by Japanese encephalitis among them. The virus was found in F1 progeny of two groups. Therefore, the fact was proved that the virus was transmitted to F1 progeny from the parent by eggs. The Japanese encephalitis virus still kept virulence in F1 progeny mosquitoes.
