摘要
微格教学是教师教学技能培训的一种可行方式,随着教学基点由传授知识向培养学生完整人格和创新精神的转换,以及对教师专业素养认识的深化,微格教学必须完善自己的教学技能培训体系,必须使自己的组织实施向真实的教学情境延伸。
Microteaching is a feasible way to train teachers in the skills of class teaching. With the forcus transferred from impar-ting knowledge to cultivate full personality and creativity of students, and with further congnition of the teachers'special qualities, microteaching has to perfect its training system of class - teaching skills, and to extend its carrying out into genuine teaching con-text as well.
