摘要
目的 探讨紫外线辐射对受精蛔虫卵发育的影响。 方法 自然沉淀法收集受精蛔虫卵 ,用紫外线辐射不同时间后恒温培养。 结果 紫外线辐射时间越长对受精蛔虫卵发育影响越明显 ,40 0 μW·min cm2 ,5~ 10min即能杀死受精蛔虫卵。 结论 紫外线辐射明显影响蛔虫受精卵的发育 ,可用来净化蠕虫卵污染食物、预防食物源性蛔虫感染。
Objective To study the effects of ultraviolet ray irradiation on the development of seminal eggs of Ascaris lumbricoides. Methods A great deal of seminal eggs of Ascaris lumbricoides was obtained by using sedimentation method after irradiated with ultraviolet rays in different time,then cultured in constant temperature. Results The longer of ultraviolet ray irradiation is,thegreater effect will be on the seminal eggs.and the seminal eggs could be killed at the dose of 400μw·min/cm 2 for 5~10min. Conclusion Ultraviolet rays have an effects on the development of seminal eggs of Ascaris lumbricoides.Ultraviolet rays can be used to for leaning the food Contaminated with helminth eggs and preventing food-borne ascariasis.
