摘要
由哈默尔和普拉哈拉德提出的战略结构概念是公司根据其使命和愿景将其现有的核心竞争力转化为未来竞争优势的一种战略制定过程,平衡计分卡和关键成功要素则是进行战略控制和评价的有效方法,将三者结合起来,形成了一种新的战略管理思想。在研究了运用平衡计分卡和关键成功要素进行战略控制和评价的一般思路后,提出了这两种方法在战略控制中的整合模型,从而建立了一种将战略制定与战略实施和控制有机结合的战略管理方法体系。
The concept of strategic architecture(SA) developed by Hamnel andPrahalad is a strategic formulation process for firms to translate their corecompetence based on their mission and vision to future competitive advantages,whereas the balanced scorecard (BSC) and the approach of critical success factors(CSF) are valid methods for strategic control and evaluation. The integration ofSA, BSC and CSF forms a new idea of strategic management. After studying the useof BSC and CSF in strategic implementation, the paper produces an integrationmodel of both methods and then establishes a new strategic management system bylinking the strategic formation with SA to the implementation and control ofstrategy with BSC and CSF.
