摘要
面对激烈的市场竞争,期刊要生存和发展,就必须从政治、质量、品牌、市场和人才五方面全方位地锤炼和提高,这就必然要求期刊的编辑具备高度的政治意识、质量意识、品牌意识、市场意识和人才意识。树立和强化这五个基本意识不但是编辑出版工作的基础,而且是出精品、创品牌的保证。
In order to meet the heated market competition, it is necessary for the periodical to improve itself in the following five aspects: political orientation, quality, influence, marketing approach and talents. The periodical editors should thus improve themselves in these 5 aspects. To strengthen this five notions is not only the basis of editing and publishing work but also the guarantee for the thriving of the domestic periodicals and taking the lead of the world.
