摘要
推行盐城海洋经济可持续发展的战略意义在于坚持产业发展与区域发展、现实发展与长远发展、经济发展与社会发展相统一。盐城海洋经济发展和海洋环境保护虽然取得许多令人瞩目的成绩,但也存在一些不容忽视的问题,实施盐城海洋经济可持续发展,应当以海水养殖业、沿海农林畜牧业、临海工业和滨海旅游业等为战略重点。保证盐城海洋经济可持续发展,必须加大政策扶持力度、科技推广力度、依法管理力度和环境保护力度。
The 21st century is the 'Blue Revolution' century when mankind advances towards sea. The world enters a new stage of utilizing marine resources. 'Blue Revolution' needs 'Green Economy' whose essence lies in sustainable development. To push forward Yancheng' s sustainable development of marine economy, strategic significance results in the adherence to the combination of industry development and regional development,current development and long- term development, economic development and marine enviromental protection in Yancheng have achieved a remarkable success, but problems not to be ignored still exist. Seawater aquaculture, coastal farming, forestry and animal husbandry, coastal industry and tourism should be strategic points. To guarantee Yancheng's sustainable development of marine development needs to strengthen ploicy support, scientific and technical spreading, governance by law and environmental protection.
