摘要
通过构建海洋经济与海洋环境的评价指标体系,运用熵变方程法对2001～2009年间的我国海洋经济与海洋环境的协调度进行实证分析。结果表明:在研究期间,只有2002、2007、2009三个年度的海洋经济发展与海洋环境质量处于协调状态,其他年份两者均处于不协调状态。此外,伴随着我国海洋经济的发展,海洋环境质量却一直在下降,这说明我国海洋经济与海洋环境发展并不同步,海洋经济发展的同时海洋环境却没有得到很好的改善和治理。论文最后基于研究结果,提出了有利于我国海洋经济与海洋环境协调发展的对策和方法。
The paper, the evaluation index system between the marine economy and marine environment was first constructed, and then applied in the entropy change equation to analyze the coordination degree between the marine economy and marine environment in Chi- na during the period of 2001 - 2009. It was found that the marine economy and marine environment was coordinated only for 2002, 2007 and 2009. It was not in harmonious situation for other years. In addition, the level of marine environmental quality has been decli- ning accompanying with the marine economic development. It shows that the development of the marine economy and marine environ- ment is not synchronous in China. The marine environment has not been improved and controlled well following with the marine econo- my development. In the last part,the proposals of the solutions and methods to coordinate the marine economy and marine environment protection in China based on the research results were done.
