摘要
从薄膜衣的特点、类型、辅料、成型工艺及其在中药微丸上的应用进行综述。采用新型优质的包衣材料及辅料、成熟的微丸成型工艺、先进的包衣设备 ,制备具有缓、控释作用的中药微丸 。
The paper reviewed the film coating, including its characteristics, types, excipients and preparation techniques. The application of film coating in pellets of traditional Chinese medicine was introduced. Good sustained-release or controlled-release pellets could be made by adopting good film materials and excipients, excellent preparation techniques and advanced pellet preparing and coating equipments. The application of this film in sustained-release or controlled-release preparations could develop the dosage forms of traditional Chinese medicine.
