摘要
目的 :采用高效液相色谱法快速测定太太静心助眠口服液中芍药苷的含量。方法 :在 Zorbax Eclipse XDB-C8柱上 ,以甲醇∶水 (2 8∶ 72 )作流动相 ,紫外 2 3 0 nm检测。结果 :芍药苷在试验的 5～ 150 μg/ml浓度范围内均呈良好线性关系 (r=0 .9999) ,检测限为 10 ng。样品的加标回收率为 97.5%～ 10 5% ,RSD为 1.50 %。结论 :该法简便 ,快速 ,准确 ,重现性好。
Objective:A rapid method for determination of paeoniflorin in Taitai Jingxin Zhumian Oral Liquid by HPLC has been described.Methods:The determination was based on a Zorbax Eclipse XDB-C8 column with UV detection at 230 nm and methanol:water(28:72) as mobile phase.Results:Sample size showed a good linear relationship at the range of 5 to 150 mg/L and the detection limit was 10 ng. Recovery obtained by standard addition method were in the range of 97.5% to 105%,RSD was 1.50%.Conclusion:This method in simple, rapid, accurate and reproducible.
