摘要
目的 采用高效液相色谱法测定妇炎消合剂中芍药苷的含量。方法 色谱柱：Hypersil ODS C18柱（4．6mm×25cm，5μm），流动相：甲醇-（30：70），柱温：30℃，检测波长：230nm。结果 芍药苷进样量在0．25～1．25μg范围内呈良好线性关系（r=0．9999），最低检测限为10μg。样品的加样回收率为95．2％～99．7％，相对标准偏差RSD为1．7％。结论 该法简便、快速、准确、重现性好、能用于妇炎消合剂的质量控制。
objective To establish a method of determination Paeoniflorin in Fuyanxiao heji. Methods The Hypersil ODS C18 conchumn （4.6 mm ×25 cm, 5 μm） was used with temperature at 30℃. The mobile phase consist of methanol - water（ 30：70）. and the detected wavelength was set at 230 nm. Results Sample size showed a good linear relationship at the range of 0. 25 to 1.25 μg, and the detection limit was 10 ng. Recovery obtained by standard addition method were in the range of 95.2% to 99.7 %, BSD was 1.7 %. Conclusion Tiffs method is simple, rapid, accurate and reprolucible and suitable to control quality of Fuyanxiao Heji.
