摘要
自工业化时代以来,在发展问题上,伴随着经济发展、社会进步与自然环境遭到严重破坏的强烈反差,人们的认识愈来愈清晰:发展的真正含义是人的发展,即以人为本的发展,这是新发展观的基本要求。贯彻落实党的十六届三中全会提出的新发展观,必须坚持以人为本,在改革中促进人的全面发展。
Since industrial society arose,the natural environment has suffered severe damage with economic development and social progress .Gradually people come to clear up the fact that the true implication of development lies in people's development,namely, people-centred development,which is the requirement of the new concept of development.To implement the new concept of development presented by the Third Plenary Session of the 16 th Party Central Committee,we must adhere to the people- centred idea and advance an all-round development of people while conducting reforms.
