摘要
生态城市是城市发展的全新模式,是一个包含自然环境和人文价值的综合性概念;生态城市内涵包括3个方面,即社会生态化、经济生态化和环境生态化。解析了科学发展观的主要内涵,认为科学发展观的实质是实现经济社会统筹兼顾、全面协调的发展。进而分析了科学发展观和生态城市理论的内涵相关性:一方面,生态城市的发展观是强调内容上的协调性和时间上的可持续性的发展观,另一方面,科学发展观是以生态文明为发展原则的发展观;而科学发展观是解决全球尤其是城市生态问题的重要理论和方法武器。以科学发展观为指导建设具有中国特色的生态城市将是我国城市实现可持续发展的必然选择。
Scientific viewpoint of development is systematic development theory, which is peopleoriented and balanced. Sustainable development is the basic principle for our country＇ s developmental strategy in new era. Eco-city construction reflects the significant change of human ideas about relation between human and nature. It can reach the sustainable development of the society＇s economy and environment by advocating the ecological idea, adopting ecological technology and setting up ecology industry＇ s system. The relation of connotation between scientific viewpoint of development and theory of eco-city is analyzed. Developing eco-cities with Chinese characteristic under the principle of scientific viewpoint of development is the best choice for sustainable urban development in China.
