摘要
介绍了硼螯化合物合成诺氟沙星的方法 ,收率高 (总收率 6 2 %以上 )。在最后一步与哌嗪缩合后 ,后处理采用醇水混合物代替水 ,使哌嗪的回收更加简便 ,降低了成本。
This paper indroduced the synthesis methed of norfloxacin by borane compound.The product had high quality and good yield(62 %).After last step of the piperazine reaction,the mixture of alcohol and water instead of water be used for the last treatment.The recovery of piperazine was simple.The cost was reduced.
