摘要
本文针对一个区域的现况,以经济损失为指标,用模糊数学的方法,建立了区域地震综合防御体系能力的评估模型。探讨了针对系统的薄弱环节,通过采取适当的决策手段,有效地提高区域抗震防灾能力的问题。本文提供的数学模型,可供各地建立区域地震综合防御体系来减轻地震灾害时参考。
A model for evaluating the capacity of district synthetic preventing system in terms of earthquake losses is established in this paper by using fuzzy mathematics. The authors have explored the weak links of the system mentioned above and suggested an effective procedure of increasing disrict capacity of earthquake resistance and disaster preventing.Through taking suitable means of decision making, the mathematical model presented in this paper could be for referential use during establishing district synthetic preventing system to reduce earthquake disasters.
