摘要
作者曾作为课题负责人之一,参加了新疆维吾尔自治区吉木萨尔县,福建省永安市和吉林省延边朝鲜族自治州的发展战略规划课题研究。这三个地区的规划中都较为系统地应用了模糊集合理论。在应用中,一方面感到模糊集合理论在这一领域有着广阔的应用前景;同时也感到现有理论的某些空缺或欠完善之处。急待进一步开发研究。本文试将几次规划的总体设计思想和相关的模型及其评价简要地介绍给大家,以期抛砖引玉并竭诚欢迎各界批评指正。
This is an introduction to the overall idea and concrete models of fuzzy sets theory applied in regional strategic programming. The author also gives some review over these models in relative fields. From these models we may foretell the great expectation of the theory of fuzzy systems in an human existing system. However, there also exists some problems and empty fields to be dealt with and developed in the future.
