摘要
观察 Wistar 大鼠氟中毒对骨折愈合过程的影响及探索硅酸镁、自然铜有无抗氟毒促进骨折愈合的作用。结果表明:1、随着机体骨氟沉积量的增加,骨折愈合所受到的影响也随之增加;2、硅酸镁具有稳定的抗氟、促进骨愈合作用;3、自然铜在治疗初期有明显疗效。
The purpose of this study wasto explore the bone union in wistar rats with chronic fluorosis as well as the thera-peutic effect of magnesium silicate and natural-Copper.The rats were randomly divided into 4 groups.All of them ac-cepted transverse sections in the midpieces of both radii when osteofluorosis established.Observations were made byclinical and histological examinations,also scanning electron microscope.Fluoride and copper concentractions in bloodas weel as bone fluoride were determined.Study discovered:1,delayed and mal-union were seen in osteofluorosis;2,more harmful effect of fluorosis on endo-chondrostosis than on intramembranous ossification;3,with increase of fluo-ride concentration and bone deposition,the union was affected more seriously;4,both magnesium silicate and natural-copper could reduce the fluoride cone-entration in bone and promote union,but the mechanism was different;5,as topromote union,magnesium silicate seemed more available than natural-copper
