摘要
目的 :探讨甲型血友病合并骨关节损伤的治疗方法。方法 :回顾分析我院 1980 1～ 2 0 0 3 1收治的 5例合并骨关节损伤的甲型血友病患者的术前及术中、术后的治疗 ,并随访平均 11个月。结果 :本组 5例甲型血友病患者 ,轻型 2例 ,中型 2例 ,重型 1例 ,均获骨性愈合。术中、术后无血肿、感染、内固定松动及断裂等并发症发生。结论 :经术前、术中和术后的充分准备治疗 ,合并血友病的骨关节损伤患者 ,可以通过手术治疗 。
Objective:To study the surgical treatmint of the patients having hemophilia concomitant with bone and joint injuries.Method:Analyzed of 5 a hemophilia concomitant with bone and joint injuries which were admitted from 1980,Jan.to 2003,Jan.The mean follow-up the was 11months.Results:According the classification of the hemophilia in 5 cases,1 severe,2 moderate,2 mild.All of the 5 cases had bony union during the follow-up period,no complication such as hematom?infection?loosening or broken of the internal fixation devices happened.Conclusion:For the patients having hemophilia concomitant with bone and joint injury,through carefully preparation before and after operation,excellent clinical result from surgical treatment could be expected.
