摘要
本文报道48例脑血管病急性期和40名正常者血浆Fn的检测结果,所有病例Fn值显著低于对照组(P=0.01),尤以脑血栓更为明显(P<0.01),而脑出血患者血浆Fn值的降低无统计学意义。
The plasma fibronectin levels in acute stage of cerebral vascular disease in 48 palients and in 40 normal persons as control were compared by the authors. It was found that the plasma fibronectin level in cerebral vascular disease was much lower than that of the control group (p=0.01), especially in patients with cerebral thrombosis (p<0.01). The decrease of fibronectin in patients with cerebral hemorrhage however had no statistical significance.
