摘要
用大骨节病病区粮水喂养18个月的恒河猴,出现明显的软骨蛋白多糖代谢异常,表现为恒河猴软骨基质蛋白多糖聚合体部分减少,而不聚合的低分子蛋白多糖部分增加,蛋白多糖单体的分子量变小。并且,在加硒后,恒河猴软骨基质蛋白多糖的这种改变得到改善。同时,猴软骨组织还出现了大骨节病样病理学形态的改变。这些变化规律说明,大骨节病病区粮水可以引起灵长类动物—恒河猴软骨的损害。这对于大骨节病动物模型的研究,是一个重大进展。
Rhesus monkeys had been fed on grain and water from endemic areas for18 months. The carti(?)age proteoglycans of these monkeys showed obviously metabolic disturbances, which the low molecular weight proteoglycan increased in the cartilage of proteoglycan aggregation; reduce molecular weight of proteoglycan monomer and this kind of damage can be prevented by the addition of selenium. In addition, the pathomorphological examination showed chondrosytes mecrosis in cartilage of these monkeys which resembled those observed in KBD.The results demonstrated,which damage effect of grain and water from endemic area of Kaschin-Beck Disease on cartilage metabolism in rhesus monkey.
