摘要
本文研究了不同病情大骨节病区和两个非病区学龄儿童的血硒、尿硒和软骨代谢成分-尿氨基多糖及羟脯氨酸的含量.观察到远离病区的非病区组血、尿硒明显高于其它实验组,近邻病区的非病区组与病区组间仅有血硒的差别。血硒与尿硒相关分析表明,非病区组呈高度正相关关系,而病区组的相关系数趋于零。提示单纯以尿硒估价机体的硒营养状态不够全面,应结合血硒综合分析。尿硒与尿液4项生化指标均为正相关关系,尤以病区组相关更密切。此外,本文初步探讨了不同病情尿液生化指标变化的特点。
The blood and urine Se and urinary glycosaminoglycan and hydroxyproline were investigated in the school-age children in KBDA with different se-verity and two non-affected(NA).It was observedthat the content of blood and urine Se in NA,faraway from KBDA,was as much higher than that of otherexperimental groups.But there is difference only inblood Se between NA,adjacent to KBDA,and KBDAgroups.The correlation analysis between blood andurine Se showed that there was very significantly posi-tive correlation in the NA,and however the correlationcoefficient was neraly equal to zero in the KBDA.Allthis suggests that it is not overall to evaluate the Senutritional status of human body only according tourinary Sc level but it is necessary to take blood Sccontent into account at the same time,In addition,there were significantly positive correlations betweenurine Se and 4 biochemical indices of urine,especiallyin KBDA.Moreover,the evolving characteristic ofbiochemical indices in KBDA with different severity wasscussed preliminarily.
