山茛菪碱、樟柳碱对心肌缺血再灌注所致红细胞变形性改变的影响 被引量:10

摘要 本文利用激光衍射法测定了家兔心肌缺血再灌注红细胞变形性,观察心肌缺血再灌注后红细胞变形性改变及山茛菪碱、樟柳碱对红细胞变形的影响。实验分五组:对照组;缺血组(缺血5小时);再灌注组(缺血1hr+再灌注4hr);山莨菪碱组(于缺血5分钟给药0.5mg/kg,ⅳ,缺血再灌时间同再灌组);樟柳碱组(于缺血5分钟给药60μg/kg,ⅳ,缺血再灌时间同再灌注组)。各组红细胞变形指数(DI)分别为0.40±0.12,0.40±0.17,0.16±0.14,0.48±0.18,0.59±0.19。再灌注组DI值明显低于其它四组(P<0.01),余四组之间DI值无明显差别(P>0.05)。结果说明心肌缺血后再灌注使红细胞变形性明显降低,如预先给予山莨菪碱或樟柳碱均可有效地防止心肌缺血再灌注所致的红细胞变形性改变。 In the present study, we used laser refraction method to investigate the effects of anisodamine, anisodine, myocardial ischemia reperfusion on red blood cell deformability. Forty New Zealand white rabbits were divided into five groups. Controls; Ischemic (ischemic for 5 hr); Ischemia Reperfusion (Ⅰ for 1 hr+R for 4 hrs); Anisodamine administered within 5 min of ischemia, Ⅰ for 1 hr+R for 4 Hrs); Anisodine given within 5 min of ischemia, Ⅰ for 1 hr+R for 4 hrs). The deformability indexs (DI) of various group were 0.40±0.12, 0.40±0.17, 0.16±0.14, 0.48±0.18, 0.59±0.19 respectively. DI of Ischemia Reperfusion decreased markably, compared with control (P<0.01). The difference of DI among other four groups was not signifacant (P>0.05). These results suggest that both anisodamine and anisodine prevent the red blood cell deformability induced by myocardial ischemia reperfusion.
