摘要
科技期刊是传播科技信息和科技成果的媒体 ,是科技人员进行学术交流 ,发表科学论文的窗口。本文通过对科技期刊分类及刊物特点的论述与分析 ,使科技人员能加深对国家《科学技术期刊管理办法》的理解和对各种科技期刊特性的详细了解 ,以达到帮助科技人员选择投稿刊物 ,有利于学术交流和科技成果传播的目的。同时 ,文中对科技期刊级别的正确划分标准 ,也作了客观界定。
