摘要
学术期刊分级意义重大,但在学术期刊分级问题上,理论界众说纷纭,实际工作中也有多种做法。文章对我国学术期刊分级的理论与现状进行了分析与质疑,对学术期刊分级的依据进行了讨论,提出了自己的学术期刊分级依据,指出了国内外在学术期刊评价上的缺憾。另外,文章还提出了学术期刊分级应掌握的方法。
The gradation of academic periodicals is of great importance. However, people have different opinions about this problem. This paper analyzes the theories and present situation of the gradation of academic periodicals in our country, discusses the basis of the gradation, proposes our own basis, and points out the defects of the academic periodical assessment at home and abroad. Besides, this paper brings forward the gradation methods of academic periodicals.
