脑血肿和脑梗塞患者脑脊液中细胞学及细胞化学的研究 被引量:1

摘要 对CT证实的37例脑血肿、36例脑梗塞及17例正常对照者CSF细胞学及单核吞噬细胞内非特异性酯酶(ANAE)活性进行观察。发现含红细胞及含铁血黄素吞噬细胞(HPh)的出现、中性粒细胞(PNL)异常增高(比例≥10%)及高ANAE活性(阳性率≥80%)均有助于脑血肿与脑梗塞的鉴别。三项指标结合分析,诊断脑血肿正确率达92%。认为这些检查对无色清亮CSF的急性脑血管病的鉴别诊断有实用价值。 Cytological and cytochemical research of CSF from 90 patients with strokes. Main indexes were CSF cytology types, hemocyte or hemosiderin phagocytes (HPh), polymorphonuclear leucocytes (PNL) and acid alpha-naphthylacetate esterase (ANAE) activity of mononuelear phagocytes.It was found that three main indexes of positive HPh, high PNL (differentiating count>10%) and high ANAE activity (positive ANAE of mononulear phagocytes>80%)were very helpful to differentiate ICH, which CSF were clear, from CI. Authors found that conformation rate of cytology in ICH with CT diagnosis could reach 92%. Meanwhile, it was possible to estimate lesion location and volume using the three indexes of CSF.
