摘要
目的 :探讨脑疾病患者脑脊液 ( CSF)渗透压、血浆渗透压、p H值及电解质的变化。方法 :对脑疾病患者 CSF渗透压、血浆渗透压、p H值及电解质进行测定。结果 :脑出血急性期和细菌性脑膜炎患者的 CSF及血浆渗透压、CSF中 K+明显高于正常组 ( P <0 .0 1) ,p H显著低于正常组( P <0 .0 1)。脑梗死患者的 CSF及血浆 Ca2 +明显降低 ( P <0 .0 1)。结论 :监测 CSF、血浆渗透压、p H值及电解质对判断脑疾病患者的病情预后有一定价值。
Objective:To inquiry the changes of electrolytes、 pH and Osmotic pressure of cereberospinal fluid (CSF) and plasma in neurological victums. Method:The parameters mentioned above were measused in neurological patients.Results:There were significant elevation of osmotic pressure both in CSF and plasma. K + level in CSF in acute head injured patients and bacterial meningitis ones was higher than those of the control(P<0.01),while pH was significantly lower than the control (P<0.01).The Ca 2+ concentration in CSF and plasma (especially of CSF) was significantly decreased in cerebral infarction patients. ConClusion:Testing the previous mentioned parameters may have some help in the judgement and prognosis of neurological patients.
