Clinical changes and CT-scanning observations were analyzed dynamically in 60 patients suffered from intracererebral hemorrhage. We observed that 48 out of the 60 patients were improved steady, but the rest 12 patients showed deteriorations during the period of 3-5 weeks after the treatment to the disease, among them we found that the edematous area around the hematoma were extended in 11 cases and rebled in 1 case. The dynamic observation suggest that the rate of absorption of the hematoma was closely related to the course and the
amount of hemorrhage during the on set of the disease. We also observed that the clinical symptoms were consistent generally with the changes observed during CT scanning.
