摘要
目的 :观察脉络宁注射液的抗心肌缺血作用 ,为该药治疗心绞痛等缺血性心脏病提供实验依据。方法 :抗心肌梗塞作用采用大鼠冠状动脉结扎模型 ;抗心肌肥大作用采用异丙肾上腺素导致的小鼠心肌肥大模型 ;对血液流变学的影响采用肾上腺素导致的大鼠急性血瘀证模型。结果 :脉络宁注射液能降低结扎冠状动脉大鼠的血清乳酸脱氢酶和磷酸肌酸激酶水平 ,缩小心肌梗塞面积 ;能改善急性血瘀证大鼠的血液流变学 ;不能对抗异丙肾上腺素所致的小鼠心肌肥大。结论 :脉络宁注射液有抗心肌缺血作用 ,这一作用与其改善血液流变学有关。
AIM: To observe the pharmacological action of Mailuoning Injection against myocardial ischemia. METHOD: The effect of the drug against myocardial infarction was studied by rat model of coronary artery ligation. Its action against myocardial hypertrophy was observed in mouse model of myocardial hypertrophy caused by isoprenaline. The effects of the drug on the hemorrheology was investigated using rat model of acute “Xueyuzheng” (blood stasis) induced by adrenline. RESULT: Mailuoning Injection could decrease the level of serum lactic dehydrogenase and creatine phospho-kinase, and reduce the area of myocardial infarction in rats after coronary artery ligation. The drug could also ameliorate the hemorrheology in rats with acute Xueyuzheng (blood stasis). However, the mouse myocardial hypertrophy induced by isoprenaline could not be improved by the drug. CONCLUSION: Mailuoning Injection had suppressive actions on experimental myocardial ischemia, which might be associated with its beneficial influences on the hemorrheology of the experimental animals.
