摘要
目的 :通过检测创伤组织转化生长因子 - β(TGF - β)的表达 ,探讨丹参药膜在消化器官创伤修复的分子生物学水平上的作用机制。方法 :将青紫蓝兔 36只 ,分成丹参药膜组、全身用药组和空白对照组 3组 ,建立胃壁组织创伤模型后 ,分别于术后3d、7d、14d、30d取创伤组织标本 ,免疫组化法检测TGF - β的表达。结果 :在局部炎症反应阶段和细胞增殖阶段 ,丹参全身用药组TGF - β的表达强于空白对照组 ,丹参药膜组强于丹参全身用药组 ,在组织塑型阶段 3组之间生长因子表达无显著差异。结论 :丹参药膜可通过调节TGF - β表达而促进创伤修复 ,且其作用顺应创伤修复的基本规律。
Purpose: By means of examining the reaction of the transforming the growing factors β of the wound tissues, to explore Danshen Yaomo's effect mechanism in the repair of digestive organ's wound at the level of molecular biochemistry. Method: 36 experimental rabbits were divided into three groups: the group treated by Danshen Yaomo, the group treated by Danshen for the whole body, and the controlled group. After their gastric wall tissues were modelled, the samples of wound tissues were collected respectively 3 days, 7 days, 14 days and 30 days after operation, then the TGF-β reaction was examined by way of immunohistochemical method. Result: In the reaction stage of the local inflammation and the stage of cell multiplication, the TGF-β reaction of the group treated by for the whole body was stronger than the controlled group without treatment, and the group treated by Danshen Yaomo was stronger than the group treated by Danshen for the whole body; while at the stage of tissue formation, there was no remarkable difference among three groups in the TGF-β reaction. Conclusion: Danshen Yaomo can regulate TGF-β reaction to promote the wound repair, and its effect conforms to the basic law of the wound repair.
