摘要
导师制作为高等教育培养人才的一项人才培养和管理制度,遵循了高等教育规律和学生身心发展特征,是提升本科生培养和教育质量的有效措施。江汉大学化学工程与工艺专业提出"辅导员+班主任+专业班导师"三位一体的导师制模式,实践表明"三位一体"导师制在培养学生专业兴趣、学分制完善、自我人格养成、专业知识学习和创新能力培养中发挥了重要作用。
As one of the management and cultivation systems for higher education to cultivate and implement talents,tutorial system is in accordance with the laws of higher education and the students' physical and mental development characteristics to improve the cultivation of the undergraduates. Combining with the characteristics of chemical engineering and technology specialty students in Jianghan University,a new "counselor + class teacher + class tutor"trinity tutorial system mode is proposed. According to the practice of the trinity tutorial system for many years,it can be found that the tutorial system adopted play an important roles in improving professional interest in chemical engineering and technology,supplement the credit system,developing self personality,learning professional knowledge and cultivating innovative ability.
