本文介绍了“开放的复杂巨系统”基本理论、研究方法,以及其在管理中的成功应用;阐明了大学是一个开放的 复杂巨系统;提出大学管理应遵循开放的复杂巨系统发展运行规律的观点,并构建了大学宏观管理体系框架,这些内容 可为大学管理创新研究提供有益的参考。
This paper introduces the basic theory and research method of Open Complex Giant System and their successful application in management. It illustrates university as an Open Complex giant system. A new point of view is put forward in this paper that the management of university should obey the operation rule of Open Complex Giant System. It also sets up a macro - management systen- frame of university. The research of this paper can provide valuable reference for the study on the management innovation of university
