摘要
教育管理是保证教育事业健康有序发展的前提条件,是全面提高教育质量的关键。为了顺应时代前进的步伐,满足人全面发展的需要,必须坚持科学发展观,摒弃传统的以“管”为中心的落后的教育管理理念,贯彻以人为本思想,落实人性化的管理措施,促使教育管理的创新变革,使我们的教育更符合时代的要求。
Educational management is a precondition which guarantees the healthy and orderly development of education, and it is the key to improve the quality of education. In order to comply with the advancing steps of era and meet the all-round developing needs of people, we must insist on the scientific development view, and abandon the traditional backward educational view, that is, the view of “people-oriented” should take the place of “control-oriented”. Humanized managing measures should be carried out to push the innovation of educational management and to make our education accord with the demands of the era.
