摘要
本文分析了霍里代、沙姆利和修纳特等人关于技术转移的过程和模型,认为一个卓有成效的技术转移系统应该具有选择、适应、协调、实施、放大、评价、输出和维持的功能。然后,以此为依据建构了满足这些功能的技术转移系统。最后,作者根据技术转移系统的原理对我国技术引进工作作了初步的分析。
This paper analyses the course and models of technology transfer descr-ibed by George Haliday,A.C.Samli and silvère Seurat,and concludes thatthe highly effective technology transfer system should possess the functionsof choice,adaptation,coordination,implementation,amplification,assess-ment,export and maintenance.Based on these functions,technology transfersystem is estoblished.ln the end,the technology transfer of China,is analyzedaccording to the principle of technology transfer system.
