摘要 深层自然酶酶解法提取花粉精不仅有效成分提取率高,提取液澄明度也好,实验结果表明,底物浓度1:1,酶解温度50℃,酶解时间30h时,浸泡时间8h,加用助滤剂可获得较理想结果;原花粉通过深层自然酶酶解和水、醇浸泡,经反复去杂后喷雾干燥,可得到保鲜度好、吸收度高的精制粉。 The enzymolysis method of deep-layer natural enzyme was applied in the extraction of pollen essence. Not only is the extraction rate of active components high, but also the purification of extraction is good. The results are as follows: substrate concentration of 1:1, enzymolysis temperature at 50℃, enzymolysis time of 30h, infusing time of 8h. More ideal result can be obtained when filter aids are added. To gain a fine powder with good fresh-protection and high absorbility, the crude pollen was enzymolied in the enzymolysis method of deep-layer natural enzyme, infused with water and alcohol, then spray dried after the impurity was repetitiously removed.
