马尾松花粉总黄酮对小鼠抗疲劳作用的研究 被引量:10

摘要 研究了马尾松花粉总黄酮的抗疲劳作用。将小鼠按体重随机分为对照组和低、中、高剂量组。低、中、高三个剂量组分别灌胃给予10、20、40mg/kg的马尾松花粉总黄酮14d,对照组给蒸馏水。测定小鼠游泳时间、爬杆时间、耐缺氧时间及游泳后血乳酸、尿素氮、肝糖原等指标。结果表明马尾松花粉总黄酮能延长小鼠的游泳时间和爬杆时间,降低了运动后血清BUN浓度,提高肝糖元的储备量,增强清除乳酸能力。 To investigate anti-fatigue effect of Flavone in on mice,flavone was administered(ig) daily with three different doses to female mice for 14 days(10,20 and 40 mg/kg·bw) and distilled water was administered(ig) to control group.After 14 days,the swimming test and pole climbing test were carried out and the survival time of mice subjected to hypoxia was recorded.When the mice were swimming for a period,blood was taken for determining serum lactic-acid,blood ureanitrogen(BUN) and their livers were taken for determining glycogen.Results showed that flavone in Pinus Massoniana pollen can significantly prolong swimming time and pole climbing time,reduce BUN level,increase liver glycogen storage and accelerate lactic-acidclearance after swimming.And the survival time subjected to hypoxia increased,without significant difference between groups.
