摘要
目的 :观察中西医结合治疗高脂血症的疗效。方法 :将 75例患者随机分为两组 ,治疗组采用中药结合辛伐他汀治疗 ,对照组单纯采用辛伐他汀治疗。结果 :治疗组总有效率为 84 .4 % ,明显高于对照组的 6 6 .6 % ,两组比较差异有显著性 (P<0 .0 5 ) ;两组治疗前后TC、LDL -C比较 ,差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :中西医结合治疗高脂血症有可靠疗效。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect on the combination of Chinese traditional and western medicine in treating hyperlipemia.Method:75 cases randomly divided into two groups.Patients in the treatment group were treated by Chinese herb drugs and simvastatin tablets,in the control group simvastatin tablets only used.Results:The total effective rate was 84.4% in the treatment group and 66.6% in the control group,there were significant defference as compared with the two groups(P<0.05).TC and LDL-C had significant defferences as compared before and after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Chinese traditional and western medicine had reliable effects on treating hyperlipemia.
