摘要
澳大利亚TAFE是一种很有特色和影响的职业教育形式。通过对TAFE的调查研究,分析澳大利亚发展职业教育的特点,对照TAFE的做法,在总结我国近年来职业教育发展情况的基础上,提出改革和创新我国职业教育管理体制,进一步完善职业教育的宏观体系和微观基础,促进我国职业教育发展的对策和意见。
TAFE is a type of distinctive vocational education with great influence in Australia. Based on the re-
search on TAFE, analyzing the characteristics of the development of Australia's vocational education as well as
TAFE's practice, this paper has made a summary of the development of vocational education in China in recent
years, and suggests that the vocational education managing system should be reformed and innovated, and that the
macro-system and micro-base should be further improved so as to promote the development of vocational educa-
tion in China.
