摘要
色质联用(GC/MS)选择离子检测法(SIM)可以快速、准确完成国际奥委会规定的禁用药物及其代谢物的筛选,是一种测定尿中药物含量的理想方法。本文简要报道国外及我们所做的部分工作。
In this paper the application of GC/MSD with Selected Ion Monitoring (SIM) to doping test is briefly reported. The analytical screening of International Olympic Committee banned drugs can be performed with fast and accuracy by using GC/MSD with SIM. SIM also can be satisfactorily applied to the determination of some drugs in urine.
